At North East Public School of Distance Education, we offer a variety of programs in the classroom and across the school to help students build new skills, make friends and explore new interests.

Our extra-curricular highlights
Public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through public speaking. There is also the opportunity to combine this with performing arts through our annual Poetry Idol Challenge.
Creative and performing arts
Our music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can share their learning and skills through music and art activities.
Muster events
Our students enjoy coming together to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
